My wife and I were thinking about upgrading for a few years and Bret found and showed us properties for about 3 years as we were looking for a very specific home. He showed tremendous patience as he took us from place to place. Never complaining or pushing us or asking if we’re “really going to buy”. In the end we found a place my wife loves and he made the closing go smoothly. I just gave him my old condo to sell and I’m sure he’s going to do a great job with that as well.
